Lauren Biggs joined LMHS, P.C. in 2026 and serves in an operations and client service role focused on enhancing the client experience and supporting efficient tax workflow management. She works closely with clients, preparers, and firm leadership to streamline processes, improve communication, and help ensure the timely completion of tax engagements.

Prior to joining LMHS, Lauren spent more than a decade building expertise in business operations, client service, sales leadership, employee experience, training, and process improvement. Most recently, she held a series of leadership positions at ezCater, where she led teams, managed onboarding and training initiatives, developed operational processes, and supported organizational growth through technology and workflow improvements.

 

At LMHS, Lauren leverages her background in customer experience, project coordination, technology adoption, and process optimization to support both clients and staff. Her focus is on creating seamless experiences, improving efficiency, and helping clients navigate the tax preparation process with confidence.
