Accounting Associate – Assurance & Tax

The Accounting Associate will be responsible for providing support to Senior Accountants, Managers, and Partners within the assurance and tax departments. Primary duties and responsibilities include assisting with audit, review and compilation engagements as well as tax preparation (individual, corporate, non-profit) and other accounting services. The Accounting Associate will be exposed to a wide variety of clients and industries and will need to demonstrate organizational skills with an attention to detail. We are looking for someone with 1-3 years of direct or related accounting experience. CPA or CPA candidate is a major plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • Accounting and/or finance field experience is desired


  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Microsoft Office experience – especially excel and word
  • Must be organized and detail oriented
  • Must be efficient and work independently – timely completion and delivery of work is essential
