Avery McNiff joined LMHS in January 2026 as a Staff Accountant. She supports a variety of client accounting and tax engagements, including payroll processing, bookkeeping, and individual tax return preparation. Avery is committed to delivering accurate, organized, and responsive service while continuing to develop her expertise in the accounting profession.
Prior to public accounting, Avery gained valuable experience in restaurant operations and ultra-high-net-worth household management. These roles strengthened her skills in organization, client service, problem-solving, and attention to detail, all of which she brings to her work with clients and colleagues.
Avery earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, with a minor in Business, from the University of Colorado Boulder. She is currently pursuing a Master of Accountancy degree at George Washington University as part of her continued professional development.
