Terence brings a decade of comprehensive accounting and financial services expertise to LMHS, P.C. where he currently serves as Senior Audit Manager.   Terence holds CPA credentials and has a membership in the Massachusetts Society of CPAs (MSCPA).

Terence has developed deep specialized knowledge that sets him apart in the field and currently focuses on Broker Dealer and Financial Services audits, bringing unique insight to this complex and highly regulated sector.   His background spans audits across various business sectors, complemented by solid experience in both corporate and individual tax services, providing him with a well-rounded perspective on client needs.

Terence earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Bryant University and a Master of Science in Accounting from Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business.  What truly distinguishes Terence in the financial services space is his impressive array of securities licenses, including Series 7, 24, 27, and 99.  He serves as a Financial Operations Principal (FINOP) and General Principal on a consulting basis for various broker-dealers, combining regulatory expertise with audit proficiency in a way that few professionals can match.

When he isn’t helping clients navigate complex financial regulations, Terence maintains an active lifestyle that reflects his competitive spirit.  A former soccer player at Bryant University, he continues his passion for athletics through skiing, golfing, boxing, and hiking. This same energy and dedication that he brings to sports translates into his commitment to delivering exceptional service and results for every client.
