Bryan Morrissey is the founding partner of LMHS, P.C., which he established in October 1987 after serving as an audit manager with BDO.   With over 40 years in the accounting profession—starting in July 1981 and entering public accounting in November 1983— Bryan brings unparalleled experience and expertise to every client engagement.

A graduate of Nichols College (Class of 1981, BSBA), Bryan holds both CPA and CVA (Certified Valuation Analyst) credentials and maintains active memberships in the AICPA, MSCPA, and NACVA.  His areas of expertise span audit services, business valuations, and comprehensive business and tax advisory services, making him a trusted advisor for clients navigating complex financial decisions.
